Other owners of the home have included Dr. Fank Noyes, who used a portion for his dental practice, teacher and basketball coach, Bob Boldt, and the family of independent miner, Nester Hill.The current owners, Debra and Steven Tinti, have extensively restored the historic structure to house the Law Office of Steven J. Tinti. In the process of this restoration, the owners have been provided with extensive insight into the history of the structure by friends, neighbors, and passersby. Hopefully these activities will allow the A.L. In 1940, Felix and Ellen Lardenoit made the property their home and in 1987 the property became the office of Attorney Peter Kivisaari.The current owners, Debra and Steven Tinti, are in the process of restoring the building to serve the Law Office of Steven J. Tinti. As these restorations proceed, it is intended that this example of community history grace the corner of Norway Street and Seventh Avenue for generations to come.
